Our foundation is a second level foundation that its main goal is to help other nonprofits to raise their funds all around the cooking world. We based our concept to one only philosophy which is the “Clear Pocket Philosophy” using a state of the art technological platform that will help us to be as much as clear as possible on all our commercial transactions.

Our Mission

Being the connection between the ones with the possibility to give money and the ones that need funds to keep working in their noble causes. We will give both a clear, friendly and reliable way to be connected on our culinary world, stimulating social inclusion in the most efficient and responsible way to keep helping foundations and ONGs.

Our Vission

Being the biggest social nonprofit culinary chain in the world and being the best reference for those helped by other nonprofits to join the extraordinary food and beverage world in our Unidos con Gusto continuing education working program.

Our Goals

  • Help other nonprofits to find the best path to raise funds and be viewable to our clients so they can get the necessary help to accomplish their goals thanks to our concept.
  • Social inclusion: Thanks to our Unidos con Gusto Continuing Education Working program (CEW) we will be able to support those from other nonprofits to be part of this wonderful world. We will also are starting allying culinary operations such as The Cuisine at Doral as the second part of our program which is giving to those the opportunity to be part of this extend world and join the culinary staff from a cruise line to a mayor restaurant chain. The F&B world is so big that they can be bartenders, stewards, chefs, cooks, waitress, managers, buzzers and starting in our CEW program will give them the confidence to jump to this wonderful world and make a living of it.
  • Open jobs: We are expecting that every time that we open a culinary operation we will be able to open jobs directly and indirectly, lots of people will be able to work on our operations as long as they have the capability to give the best service ever.
  • We will be keep a close eye to all the operations as a guarantee to all our nonprofits allied so they can have as much as profit as possible, having a professional team is crucial to our operations so we will be encouraging to our concept to recruit a ethical and professional culinary team to do the best possible job.
